The series featured as the first segment of a program called My Little Pony 'n Friends. The second segment would be an unrelated cartoon based on another Hasbro franchise - including The Glo Friends, MoonDreamers and the Potato Head Kids. The series debuted in September 15, 1986, a few months after the release of My Little Pony: The Movie, and ended in September 23, 1987. Two previous television specials were also edited into segments of My Little Pony 'n Friends: Rescue from Midnight Castle and Escape from Catrina. The complete series of My Little Pony segments have been released on DVD in Regions 1 and 4. As of January 25, 2012, none of the other segments have been released on DVD.

Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is an American animated television series, that premiered in prime time on Disney Channel on May 5, 2006. The program was originally part of the Playhouse Disney daily block intended for preschoolers. On February 14, 2011, it was moved to the Disney Junior block, serving as Playhouse Disney's replacement. It is the only Mickey Mouse program to be aimed at preschoolers. The series was co-developed by Bobs Gannaway, who is also responsible for Jake and the Never Land Pirates. Production of the show was put on a four-month suspension in the spring of 2009, due to the death of voice artist Wayne Allwine, the longtime voice of Mickey Mouse. Production resumed when Bret Iwan has been cast as the fourth performer of Mickey's voice. On June 23, 2013, Bill Farmer, the voice actor for Goofy and Pluto, confirmed on his official Twitter account that Mickey Mouse Clubhouse would cease production after 7 years of episodes. However, reruns will still continue on the Disney Junior 24/7 service.

The series Producer for all episodes was Andy Rowley. Directors were Juliet May, Baz Taylor, Graeme Harper. The original sets were production designed by Peter Findley. The story is based around the lives of two children, Joe and Emily Parker, who are brother and sister. The series begin with the split of their parents, Colin and Jane, who decide the marriage isn't working. They don't want to make life for their children difficult, so they remain friends. Jane begins to see a builder named Roger, a single parent of three children, David, Felicity and Robbie. They move in next door, and Roger knocks through a wall making one big house. Meanwhile, Colin sees Jennifer, the marriage therapist he and Jane used. This forms the background story for each episode of the series, that starred Suzanne Burden, Paul Terry, Jeff Rawle and Rebecca Hunter.

Biker Mice from Mars is a science fiction action animated series created by Rick Ungar that began airing in 1993 in the United States and lasted for three seasons before it was cancelled. It follows three anthropomorphic mice motorcyclists named Throttle, Modo, and Vinnie who escape a war on their home planet Mars before arriving to defend the Earth from the evil that destroyed their homeland and to one day return to Mars. The mice's signature weapons consist of a cestus and a laser, a bionic arm, and flares. Despite the frequent battles, no blood is shown, no firearms are used and many villains are monsters, aliens, and robots. These elements allowed the show to still be considered suitable for children.

Micawber is a 2001 ITV comedy drama series starring David Jason. It was written by John Sullivan, based upon the character of Wilkins Micawber from Charles Dickens' novel David Copperfield, although the storylines were original. Sullivan had originally written an adaptation of Dickens' novel which was rejected by the BBC in favour of the 1999 Adrian Hodges adaptation. It was broadcast in four parts, the first part on Boxing Day 2001 and starred a number of well-known British actors and actresses. Notably, the first episode was scheduled against the BBC's sitcom Only Fools and Horses, also starring Jason and written by Sullivan.
