Salem's Lot 1979

Salem's Lot is a 1979 American television adaptation of the novel of the same name by Stephen King. Directed by Tobe Hooper and starring David Soul and James Mason, the plot revolves around a writer returning to his home town and discovers the citizens are turning into vampires. It combines elements of both the vampire film and haunted house subgenres.

On the Lot 2007

On the Lot is a short-lived reality show competition for filmmaking, produced by Steven Spielberg and Mark Burnett. The show, which aired on Fox, featured filmmakers competing in weekly elimination competitions, with the ultimate prize of a million-dollar development deal at DreamWorks. On the Lot premiered May 22, 2007, and aired Tuesdays. The show was initially hosted by Chelsea Handler but she quit early on; she later said, "I quit because I smelled the disaster happening before it did." She was replaced by Adrianna Costa. Initial episodes narrowed 50 semi-finalists down to 18 finalists. After the audition stage, the program was a one-hour show, in which movies were screened: Film Premiere. The next day featured half-hour episodes of viewer reaction, entitled Box Office. Viewers could vote each week for their favorite directors, which resulted in the elimination of the directors with the lowest vote totals. Votes could be made online at, in addition to landline calls and Verizon text messages, and were permitted for two hours after the show. Originally scheduled for separate episodes on consecutive nights, the "Film Premiere" episodes eventually aired on Tuesday nights at 8:00PM/7:00PM CT, with voting results as part of the following week's episode, as of May 31, 2007. The show also aired in Canada, on People+Arts in Latin America, on FOX8 in Australia, on STAR Movies in Asia, and on STAR World in Pakistan, India and Israel. The show also aired on SABC 2 in South Africa from July 19 until early August, when it was removed from the schedule. From the 11 December 2008 SABC 2 begun broadcasting On the Lot once again.

The Lot 1999

The Lot is a 30 minute dramedy series that aired for 2 seasons and 16 episodes on the AMC from 1999 to 2001. It profiled the fictional studio Sylver Screen Pictures during the 1930s and the pursuits of its classic stars. The show was met with neither popular nor critical success but Jeffrey Tambor, Rue McClanahan, Linda Cardellini and Michael York all had notable recurring roles. The Lot also refers to a studio lot in Hollywood, California which was known for years as the Samuel Goldwyn Studio.

Collectors Lot was a TV programme produced from 1997 to 2001 by Twofour Broadcast for the United Kingdom's Channel 4. Shown on weekday afternoons, the programme visited every corner of Britain to explore the weird and wonderful things that people choose to collect. The five series of the programme featured over 70 expert craftspeople and restorers at work. During the height of its popularity the show had 2 million viewers a day, making it ' Britain’s most successful daytime antiques and collectibles magazine series'. Presenters of Collectors Lot included Sarah Greene, Sue Cook, Helen Atkinson-Wood and Debbie Thrower.

Beryl's Lot is a British comedy drama about a woman approaching middle-age and embarking on a programme of personal development. It was written by Kevin Laffan, produced by David Cunliffe and Peter Willes, and directed by Derek Bennett and David Reynolds for Yorkshire Television and broadcast on ITV between 1973 and 1977. Beryl's Lot ran for 3 series and 52 episodes in total before its cancellation. The first two series each consisted of 13 one hour-long episodes, the third series of 26 episodes of 30 minutes.

Care Bears: Adventures in Care-a-lot is an animated television series by SD Entertainment, Cookie Jar Entertainment and Shari Lewis Enterprises that premiered on CBS's KEWLopolis line-up from September 15, 2007 to December 6, 2008, and is designed to be an immediate follow up to the movie Care Bears: Oopsy Does It!. It was the third Care Bears television series made and was produced by Sabella Dern Entertainment, the same company that made Care Bears: Oopsy Does It!. It features songs with music by Andy Street and lyrics by Judy Rothman. Along with the other shows in the KEWLopolis block, this series fulfills the federal "E/I" requirements.

The Vacant Lot

The Vacant Lot was a short-lived comedy sketch show which CBC Television ran for only six episodes starting in December 1993. The Vacant Lot was extended for another 13 episodes, but the CBC later changed their minds and the remaining 13 episodes, although scripted, were never taped. CBC sold the show to Comedy Central, which didn't air the episodes until July 1994. The Vacant Lot was shown for a 4 July marathon on that network. Nick McKinney, a member of The Vacant Lot, is the brother of The Kids in the Hall member and Saturday Night Live veteran Mark McKinney. The show's other cast members were Rob Gfrorer, Vito Viscomi and Paul Greenberg. The Vacant Lot's opening theme music was "Pretty Vacant" by The Sex Pistols.

Car Lot Rescue is an American reality documentary television series on Spike. The series premiered on February 10, 2013. The series' title has been changed many times through production. It was first named Car Boss, which was later changed to Car Lot Cowboy and was officially announced with its current name on December 11, 2012.

Hot Dog with the Lot

Hot Dog with the Lot is a comedy gameshow that first aired in 2005 on community television throughout Australia and New Zealand, but in 2007, the show was picked up for broadcast on Foxtel and Austar respectively in the two nations. The show is created and produced by a team of Melbourne filmmakers, some of whom created the successful Crazy Crosswords on Briz31. The program 'Hot Dog with The Lot' will moved to outside broadcast at ABC Australia in Melbourne. the show is now production on Foxtel & Channel 31 has a new hot dog appearing on a program. There are talks that Hot Dog is soon to appear in major production headquarters yet to be announced.

The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! is an American/Canadian/British animated television series that premiered August 7, 2010 on Treehouse TV in Canada, on September 6, 2010 on PBS Kids in the US and also in the UK on CITV and Cartoonito. The award-winning series is based on Random House’s Beginner Books franchise, The Cat in the Hat’s Learning Library, and is developed by Portfolio Entertainment, Random House Children Entertainment and Collingwood O’Hare Productions. The first season has 40 half-hour episodes. PBS Kids renewed it for a second season of 20 episodes which premiered on September 10, 2012. Each episode features The Cat in the Hat, who leads six-year-old neighbours Nick and Sally, the Fish, and Thing One and Thing Two on a variety of adventures in his "Thinga-ma-jigger", a Seussian contraption that can sprout wings, pontoons, booster rockets, change size, and do just about anything else necessary to further the adventure. The adventures are prompted by a question posed by either Nick or Sally at the beginning of each episode, which will inevitably lead them around the globe to "make natural science discoveries." Similar to other PBS Kids series such as Curious George and Sid the Science Kid, The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That! focuses on introducing preschoolers to various science and learning concepts.

I Get That a Lot 2009

I Get That A Lot is a reality television special originally created by Danny Harris occasionally airing on CBS, which sets up celebrities in everyday working class jobs. Hidden cameras are used to capture the reactions of unsuspecting customers and bypassers. When the celebrities are recognized, they deny their real identities and say "I get that a lot," until the end of the segment, at which time the cameras are revealed and they come forward about their identities. The first two episodes also aired internationally in Australia on Channel Ten. There is also a French version based on the format, named Sosie! Or Not Sosie?, produced by Carson Prod and aired on French TV leader TF1.
